My Professional Experience
I'm currently a product design consultant at a travel concierge service startup, where I craft user-friendly travel itineraries for solo and group travelers.
Previously, I served as the sole product designer for an urban forestry nonprofit organization, redesigning their website for donors, volunteers, and community members. This effort resulted in a 15% increase in donation button clicks.
Before that, I worked as a contract UX/UI designer at a digital design agency, handling 90-day projects for Fortune 500 companies. My responsibilities included redesigning internal supply chain web applications and point-of-sale systems.
